Employment Reports YES has been producing Employment Reports (other organisations may call them Occupational Assessments) since 1992. During that time, we have provided more than 2600 discrete Reports and, of course, numerous Supplementary Reports, Training Action Plans and Loss of Earnings Calculations. Initially, because we were Yorkshire Employment Services Ltd., we were geographically identified, but as our reputation grew and we took on work outside our region of origin, we progressively emphasised the YES and reduced the regional significance of the name. From April 2008, discontinuing our corporate identity, we will operate as "A D Elsegood, Employment Consultant". Nothing else of significance will change. Resources With 10 experienced Consultants, offices in Leeds and London and a comprehensive Research Library, we are equipped to respond rapidly to any reasonable need. Geography We cover the UK and beyond. For UK assignments, if we do not have a Consultant located within 2 hours chargeable journey time of anywhere in England, Scotland and Wales, we will 'cap' the single journey time at 2 hours. Timeliness More than 98% of all Employment Reports written 2007 were delivered within 4 weeks of interviewing the Subject (typically, the Claimant). Balance/Impartiality We have always striven to produce impartial reports, and our methodology of interview and report construction safeguards this vital principle. We have always enjoyed the confidence of both parties and have scrupulously protected our reputation for objective reportage. Nowadays, the majority of our instructions are on a joint basis and we are happy to accept the responsibilities of a Single Joint Expert.
