YES (Yorkshire Employment Services) was established in 1984 and registered as a private limited company in 1986. As the company grew and took on work outside its region of origin, we have progressively emphasised the YES acronym and logo to reflect its UK-wide client-base. With effect from 6 April 2008, the Directors of YES have decided, with great regret, to de-register the company, and its Managing Consultant, Alan Elsegood, will operate on a sole-trader basis in order to minimise the impact of taxation. Our focused HR consultancy team are all experienced practitioners and CIPD members, with extensive involvement in all areas of industry and commerce, trading as YES Human Resources Ltd. In line with the expansion of the company·s service base, our specialist HR recruitment business was registered as YES Selection Ltd. This component of our company is no longer trading actively.
