Alan Elsegood has individually prepared and completed around 1,800 such Reports and has been accredited for inclusion in all the major expert witness directories. Now operating under the title "A D Elsegood, Employment Consultant", we still have access to a Consultant within 2 hours journey time of any location in England & Wales . It was the introduction by YES of a 4-week turnaround service that established the standard for prompt and efficient reportage. Thanks to YES, 4 weeks is now the norm. However, we aim to improve even on that high standard and can provide reportage to meet "Fast Track" evidential needs. A team of 6 experienced Consultants is available, all with extensive courtroom and reportage experience, all in membership of CIPD and trained in reportage to CPR Part 35 and in Court presentation. We have experience of servicing clients in Scotland and, for visits to Scotland, we limit chargeable travel time to 2 hours each way. More than 98% of Employment Reports produced by YES in 2007 were delivered in 4 weeks or less. We have enormous experience in preparing and producing Employment Reports, Loss of Earnings estimates and Employment Rehabilitiation programmes annually. Our instructions are increasingly on a Single Joint Expert basis: percentages in 2007 were approximately - Claimant; 35% Defendant; 30% Joint; 35%.
